- 포맷팅 오류가 있으면 커밋 차단 및 안내 메시지 출력
- 포맷팅이 올바르면 커밋 허용

- 스테이징된 Java 파일을 자동으로 포맷팅
- 포맷팅된 파일을 자동으로 다시 스테이징
- 포맷팅이 완료되면 커밋 진행
